INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING NAP MOTOR IN MICRO-75 SOUND SYSTEM

There are five bolts which hold the entire assembly together. Two are on the right side, two are on the left side and one is on the top, directly under the turntable, near the center from right to left and located 3/4" back from the front edge.

On the left side, one bolt is located 1/2" from the front and the other is located 3/8" from the back. On the right side, one bolt is located 1/2" from the front and the other is located 3/8" from the back. Remove all five of these bolts and the top will separate from the bottom. Unplug the top from the bottom.

Remove the two small hex nuts holding the spring supporting the motor and back the long bolt out about 1 inch so the motor is free to swing out. Unsolder the two wires supplying power to the motor and unsolder the ground wire.

Mark the location of the two hex bolts holding the motor at the pivot point and remove these two bolts. Remove the old motor and install the new motor. Reassemble the unit.
