| Hilton Audio Products, Inc. Limited Warranty All Products manufactured by Hilton Audio Products, Inc. are warranted to perform and to be free from defects in workmanship and materials. Most items are warranted for a period of TWO years from the date of original purchase. Exceptions to the two year warranty are noted on the product description sheets. Warranty period for a product may be verified by contacting Hilton Audio Products, Inc. Should your Hilton product prove defective or fail during the warranty period, notify Hilton Audio Products as soon as possible. Hilton Audio Products will, at its option, repair or replace on an exchange basis the defective unit or parts required, without charge for parts, labor or shipping charges within the contiguous U.S.A. This warranty also covers Hilton equipment sold to our customers outside the contiguous U.S.A. with the exception that the customer assumes the responsibility for all transportation charges, duty expenses and any taxes incurred. This warranty covers only normal consumer use. Hilton Audio Products, Inc. is not responsible for warranty service should the product fail to be properly maintained or fail to function properly as a result of misuse, abuse, improper installation, neglect, improper shipping, damage caused by disasters such as fire, flood, lightning, improper electrical current, or service not authorized by Hilton Audio Products, Inc. |
