The Hilton Audio Products Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee applies to everything we sell with two exceptions.

1. ElectroVoice Microphones and parts. We consider a microphone a "callers toothbrush" and as such, we can't take one back as we would never re-sell one used. Consider it a "personal hygiene product". We don't accept any returns on microphones.
2. Caller's Angel's Choreography Software. Unfortunately, with all of the software piracy out there, it's just too easy to copy a program and return the original.
