Hilton Warranty Policy
Hilton MA-220 Amplifiers are covered by a TWO YEAR warranty including parts and labor. This warranty covers issues with the unit that happen during normal operation and does NOT cover damage caused by mis-use, abuse, or accidental damage. This warranty also DOES NOT COVER DAMAGE CAUSED BY IMPROPER WIRING OF SPEAKERS. It is YOUR responsibility to ensure that the speakers you are using meet the 4-12 Ohm safe range of operating a MA-220. If you have a question on how to properly wire your speakers consult your manual or call us directly.
If you open and/or attempt repair on your MA-220 without prior permission from Hilton Audio Products, you will automatically void your warranty.

Hilton will repair or replace (at our option) your unit or part and the balance of your warranty will be applied.

Shipping To and From Hilton Under Warranty
Please do NOT ship anything to Hilton Audio Products without prior authorization. Please include a detailed description of the problem and the circumstances when this issue happened. (What did you have connected? New location? New situation? The more information you share, the quicker we can resolve the issue.) Also, be sure to include contact information should we have any questions and the exact return address you want your unit sent back to.

- The least expensive option (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) must be used. (Online purchase of postage is often the cheapest.) Actual shipping costs are available at www.usps.com, www.ups.com, and www.fedex.com. (If you choose to ship by any other method than the least expensive available method, you will still only be reimbursed for the least expensive method.)
- Shipping outside the continental United States (both ways) is NOT covered and at your expense.
- Priority or Rush shipping is NOT covered. It is "at your option" and "at your expense" if the cost is greater than "standard" shipping.
- Insurance on packages shipped to us is "at your option" and "at your expense", however, the responsibility for loss or damage is yours.
- Insurance on packages shipped back to you is "at our option" and "at our expense" and the responsibility for loss or damage is ours.
- PLEASE NOTE - Shipping or Packaging Stores can often cost 2-3 times what it costs to ship directly with the shipping company. They will try to bully you in to repackaging your unit at an additional cost to "qualify" for insurance. Hilton will NOT cover ANY of these extra, unnecessary charges. If you've got a question...CALL before you pay. (If you ship your MA-220 back in the foam-lined, double-layered package it was originally sent in, the packaging FAR exceeds the standard required by UPS, USPS, or FedEx.)
Loaner Policy For Equipment Being Repaired By Hilton Under Warranty
Hilton Audio Products will make every effort to repair and return your equipment as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, not everybody keeps a "back-up unit" on hand, and needs a loaner. We have a limited number of loaner units available, and will ship one to you upon your request.
- Within 90 Days Of Purchase, if a loaner is needed, it will be sent to you at absolutely no charge. It will be sent by "Standard" shipping as detailed above. Any Priority or Rush shipping charges are your responsibility
- Within 1 Year of Purchase, if a loaner is needed, it will be loaned to you free of charge, however, you are responsible for all shipping charges to and from Hilton on the loaner.
- After 1 Year of Purchase, but still within the 2 year warranty period, if a loaner is needed, it will be loaned to you for a $50.00 charge plus all shipping charges to and from Hilton.
- Any loaner not returned within 14 days after you receiving your repaired unit back will be billed at $75.00 for the next 14 days.
- Any loaner not returned within 30 days after you receiving your repaired unit back will be billed the full retail value of the unit.
