Stephen Chauvin will contact you within 7 business days (either via phone or email) after you have submitted your Repair Request.

United States of America: Please refer to the following as strongly recommended guidelines for all U.S.A. States from our Master Engineer, Stephen Chauvin.

International Repairs will need to follow and adhere to their own guidelines based upon their country's shipping system requirements.  Please note that all shipping costs will be your responsibility, and we strongly urge you to get full insurance coverage of your whole shipment to us. By all means, feel free to read below to get a general idea of what is recommended to use to protect your Microphones when shipping in for repairs.

*PLEASE NOTE: For ONE Microphone Cable, utilize the USPS Small Flat Rate boxes. The typical cost for one small flat rate box is approximately $20.00, which comes with $100 insurance.  Additional insurance of $50.00 - $100.00 is approximately an additional $3.50 - $5.00 extra.  This is well worth the extra cost.

If shipping more than one Microphone cable, to prevent shipping damages, please utilize the USPS Medium Flat Rate boxes.  The typical cost for one medium flat rate box is approximately $30.00, which comes with $100.00 insurance.  Depending on how many microphones you're covering, the additional insurance for $100.00 to $200.00 is approximately $5.00 extra, with this increasing an additional approximately $2.00 for each $100.00 added to the insurance.  IE: You want to ship 6 cables with a value of $600.00.  The medium flat rate box plus $500.00 insurance will be approximately $25.00 to $30.00.

IMPORTANT: If you choose to not adhere to Hilton's strongly suggested guidelines and use different materials to ship your equipment in and there are further damages done to your equipment, Hilton Audio will NOT, we repeat, will NOT be liable for the additional damages done in shipping, regardless if the aforementioned equipment is still under Warranty.

Absolutely NO EXCEPTIONS.
