Hilton Quality Service And Repair Continues
Purchasing the company in 2014 meant purchasing inventory that goes back 50+ years. Unfortunately, neither I, nor my lead technician, Steve, have the skill-set to repair much of the older Hilton technology.
Hilton will directly support, service, and repair any product currently under warranty. Non-warrantied products manufactured after August 2014, as well as any MA220 product, will be repaired by Squared Up Audio. (The same people who currently assemble, test, and repair them.)
We can not, however, directly service turn-tables. We are not equipped for the mechanics of those older systems.
Fortunately, there are several excellent technicians that have serviced, and will continue to service Hilton products on their own. While Hilton Audio Products of Texas, LLC. does not have any ties or responsibility for work done by independent technicians, we are happy to provide you with contact information.
These individuals have done excellent repair of Hilton Products in the past, and until we hear differently, we will continue to recommend them for service in the future.
